In the T640, a 927.02 EP Cart Fan error refers to the cartridge fan motor. If replacing the EP cartridge fan does not prevent the error, the problem is most likely with the system board. Replacing the system board should take care of it.

Getting your additional paper trays to work together might seem impossible, but it’s as easy as 1,2,3.

When using multiple drawers with the same paper type, make sure to set the “paper type” and “paper size” the same for all the trays. Set the “paper type” inside of the paper menus. If a tray isn’t linking, print out the menu page to view settings.

One of the most commonly confused part numbers is the charge roller for the 4059/Optra series printers.
While the service manual states it is 99A0929 (which is obsolete), the actual part number is 99A1017.
